Starter Circuit CheckRemote Control Models INotel Battery must be fully charged
Procedure Remove black lead from ground at CDConnect voltmeter between CD and common engine groundTurn key to START positionVoltmeter should show battery voltage Connect meter at Turn key to START position
Result aIf no reading, go to Step
Check voltage between ground and CDSteps thru Remove starter to solenoid cable from (J) to prevent starter engagement while making checksbetween ground
bIf meter reads battery voltage, reconnect black lead to ground and go to Step
