20 7Put tie straps on braided tube ends and attach stop switch assembly to outer handle 1211 8Install the idle adjustment knob into the inner handleTab
goes into recess in inner handle
1221 9Push the throttle cable pin through the end of the throttle
1231 10Lubricate end of the pin, guides, rollers, helix grooves,
and inner handle guide slot with OMC Moly LubePlace the guides over the roller pin and place the pin into slots of the inner handlePlace the rollers on ends of the roller pin
11 Assemble the helix halves on the handle and slide the grip over the helixBe sure the speed indicator is positioned with the speed range not 1800 outSnap the grip into place241 12Install the warning horn assembly on the outer handleInstallation 1Insert the stop button leads and throttle cable through the lower engine cover grommet2Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the two steering handle bushingsPlace the bushings into the steering bracketAttach the steering handle to the bracket
