Inspection 1Inspect the throttle cable for kinks and wearReplace if necessary2Inspect the steering handle components for wear, cracks, and other damageReplace if necessary3Refer to Ignition System, Section 3, to test the stop buttonAssembly f15l 1If removed, apply Loctite Depend Adhesive to inner handle on areas shownr:j6l 2Install the metal outer handle over the plastic inner handle and drive the outer handle into placef'17l 3Secure tab of the inner handle into recess of the outer handle with the steel pin 18 4Place small braided tube with stop switch wires into large braided tube with throttle cable5Install throttle friction control on outer handler:J9l 6Install the handle end of the throttle cable in the inner handleSnap the trunnion into recess in the handleInstall the retainer clip (12 mm)
