2Install float valve seat and gasket [g]
3Install inlet needle, clip, float, and hinge pin
4Adjust float levelInvert the carburetor bodyWith the float valve closed, the float's top edge should be between, but not touching the notches of OMC Gauge, PIN 324891, as shown
Notellf adjustment is necessary, do not put pressure on the inlet needle
5Adjust float dropWith carburetor body in normal position, the float drop dimension should be to in(28-41 mm)
6Install nozzle well gasket
7Install float chamber gasket
8Apply OMC Locquic Primer and OMC Screw Lock to the float
chamber screws
9Install float chamber and four screwsTorque screws in an "X" pattern to 25-35 inIbs(2,8-4,0 Nm)10Install the carburetor body cover and gasketTighten the screws in an "X" pattern to torque of 15-22 inIbs(1,6-2,4 Nm)
