Throttle Plate Synchronization
rnawayLoosen throttle camThescrew and MUSTthe camtouch the 1the cam follower push follower from follower NOT
throttle cam during this procedure
2Loosen upper and lower carburetor linkage screws
3Verify that all throttle plates are closed[] 4Apply light upward pressure to the tabs of the adjusting links and tighten first the lower then the upper carburetor linkage screwsCam Follower Pickup
[] 1Snap the throttle link coupler shell off the throttle cam ball[] 2While holding the cam follower against the throttle cam, move the throttle cam until embossed mark on the cam aligns with center of the cam followerTighten the cam follower screw[] 3Connect throttle shaft amplifier to the top carburetor shaft plate[] 4While advancing the throttle cam, the embossed mark on the cam should align with center of the cam follower as tip of the amplifier begins to move
