9Place one spring guide in each impact relief valve spring1n110Place spring guide and spring assembly on each of the valve ballsPlace the remaining valve spring on the up relief valve
11Place the large washer over the springs with step side facing valve housingLightly coat the threads of the rod with OMC Nut Lock111112Install and tighten the nut to torque of 35-54 ftIbs(47-73 Nm)f12113Lubricate the inside of the cylinderSlide the piston and rod assembly into the cylinderDo not engage the threads of the cap
