1sl 3Mark the position of the water tube for correct reassemblyRemove the water tube cover screwsSeparate the water tube cover, grommets and water tube from the adapter1sl 4Remove the inner exhaust housing from the adapterDiscard the adapter to exhaust housing gasketAssembly 1nl 1Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new adapter to exhaust housing gasket Place the gasket on the adapter2Secure the inner exhaust housing to the adapterr,Q1 3Slide one water tube grommet and the water tube cover down the water tubePlace second water tube grommet in bore of the adapter the water tube and secure the cover to the adapter4Slide the inner exhaust housing and the adapter into the outer exhaust housingSecure the adapter to the outer exhaust housingf51 5Install the two lower side mounts to the exhaust housingTighten the screws to torque of 18-20 ftIbs(25-27 Nm)Install the thrust mount to the housing and tighteh the screws to torque of 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm) E.I necessaryInstallation
