9Install piston rings on each pistonInstall each piston ring set on the piston that was used to test the ring clearancesSpread each ring with ring expander just enough to slip it over the head of the piston and down into place

10Coat pistons, rings, cylinders, and OMCRing Compressor, PIN 326592 (PI 330222 for oversize), with outboard lubricant
