Disassembly All screws addressed in this procedure are No15 Torx i when removing screws and releasing that pressure

The air motor cover is under spring pressureUse caution

[";l With No15 Torx screwdriver, remove the Torx screws

air motor coverTo control the spring pressure, place pump on your bench with the air motor cover facing upwardHold down on cover while removing screwsSet cover, screws, O-ring, and two springs aside
r:;J Remove the Torx screws attaching the inlet housing to the intermediate housing and separate these partsAs you lift the inlet housing, the oil piston will be drawn out of the oil pumpHold the intermediate housing and air motor piston in one hand, and use the other to unscrew the fuel pistonpull gently with counterclockwise motionRemove the fuel iston and the air motor piston from the L!.J intermediate housing(";l Remove the stem from the pistonDiscard the stem and the
