rn 4With 'starter upside down, carefully into starter housingturn pulley counterclockwise until spring is completely drawn
Continue turning pulley carefully until spring is wound tight
5Let spring slowly unwind, turning pulley 12 to 112 revolutions until rope anchor is opposite rope guide Insert Phillips screwdriver or long punch through pulley and starter housing to hold pulley in position against spring tension
