1Insert the grommets into the valve body Place the relief valves in the grommets with short side (spring end) of the valve facing out1al 2Insert new gaskets Q) and thermostats CD into the valve bodyGaskets must be between valve body and thermostat3Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new valve body to cover gasket and position gasket on the cover f,il 4Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new valve body to adapter gasket and position gasket on the adapter 5Insert the two relief valve springs into the adapter6Place the cover on the valve body7Align the springs with the relief valve and assemble the cover and valve body assembly to the adapter8Apply OMC Nut Lock to threads of screws Install screws and tighten to torque of 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
