1Check all drillings and passages with syringe filled with isopropyl alcohol2Visually inspect all gasket surfaces for nicks or irregularities3Check for excessive throttle shaft playCheck for throttle valve misalignmentf31 4If necessary, remove the calibration pocket core plugs to inspect the pocket for damage or restrictions: Drive small punch not more than le in(3 mm) through plug and pry out Install new core plug with the convex side upSeat the plug using flat end punch and plastic malletApply Gasoila sealer, OMC PIN 200763, to the rim of the core plug after it is seated
