Carburetor Servicing
Push fuel hose off fuel fittingsdon't pullIf pushing won 't separate hose and fitting, carefully cut the hose along its side and peel it back to avoid damaging the fittings
Removal f1l 1Remove retaining screws and remove air silencer coverDiscard gasket2Remove the air silencer base retaining screws3Remove pump retaining screws
4Remove drain hose and remove air silencer base5Disconnect carburetor linkage6Remove retaining screws and carburetors7Remove primer hosesCut tie straps and remove fuel supply hosesDisassembly 1Turn carburetor upside down and drain float chamber through its vent2Remove the float chamber drain plugs and O-rings!sl 3Remove high speed orifices with OMC Orifice Driver, PIN 317002!sl 4Remove the idle air bleed orifices and record their size for identification5Remove four screws and remove the float chamberDiscard the gasketE u
