1Remove the driveshaft bearing housing seal using OMC Puller Bridge, PIN 432127, and OMC Large Puller Jaws, PIN 432129Discard the seal
2Remove the a-ring from the bearing housing and discard3Clean the bearing housing in solventto remove sealer from the seal bore and the a-ring groove
4Install new seal in the bearing housing using OMC Seal Installer, PIN 341439Apply oil to the casing of the seal before installing Install the the seal with the exposed lip facing away from the bearing housingPress the seal into the housing until the tool seatsApply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the seal lips after installing5Lightly apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to new a-ringInstall the a-ring in top groove of the bearing housingDRC5721
