STEPRUNNING OUTPUT TEST
1Remove ignition cover2Twist and remove primary leads from ignition coils
OJ 3Use clockwise twist to install Stevens Instrument NoTS-77 terminal extenders, or equivalent,
to ignition coil primary posts
4Install primary leads on terminal extendersmoving engine parts
INote Route all tester leads so they do not interfere with
5Set peak-reading voltmeter to "POS" and "500"
6Connect meter red lead to No.1 terminal extenderConnect meter black lead to clean engine ground
