Ohmmeter TestShift Switch Note All ohmmeter tests must be performed with the engine NOT running

1Calibrate ohmmeter on appropriate scaleConnect between shift switch end of harness and Meter must show high reading If meter shows low reading, replace switch and harness
2Activate switch by pushing down on shift cable pin Meter must show low reading If meter shows high reading, replace switch and harness
