Remove the intermediate air bleed orifice with OMC Driver, PIN 317002
!20! 9Remove the float cover plug with large flat blade screwdriver
10Remove the high speed fuel orifice with OMC Driver, PIN 317002
!22! 11Remove slow speed mixture needle and springInspect the needle for nicks or damage!23! 12To remove the fuel manifold from the throttle body, remove the three screws and clampsInspection 1Inspect carburetor main body and float bowl: Gasket surfaces must be smoothno nicks or irregularities All nozzles and pickup tubes must be securely in place All metal orifice inserts must be securely in place!24! 2Thoroughly clean components with OMC Carburetor and Choke Cleaner
