[!] 3Remove the spring clip from the cylinder pin13] 4Remove the cylinder pinrJl 5Remove one of the 3f4 inlocknuts from the angle adjustment rodRemove the rod from the stern bracketsf41 6Remove the unit from the stern brackets far enough to remove the ground lead from the pump motor mounting screwDisassembly Thoroughly clean unit before disassemblingScrub all outside surfaces with stiff bristle brush and hot soapy waterThis will prevent dirt particles or other foreign matter from entering the unit while you are working on it
