3Remove retaining ring with snap-ring pliersWear unsnapping the ring from the pliers4Remove O-rings from housing and discardrJl 5Warm bearing housing with propane torch to aid in removal of upper seal carrierDo not apply too much heat as seals or carrier may be damaged
6Allow bearing housing to cool until it is warm to the
