Before proceeding, be sure that all parts are perfectly cleanBe sure that all replacement parts match original ones in size and shapeReplace all gaskets, O-rings, and sealing washers each time you assemble carburetor1.J2l 1Install new core plug with the convex side upSeat the plug using flat end punch and plastic malletApply Gasoila sealer, OMC PIN 200763, to the rim of the core plug after it is seated2Install new high speed nozzle gasket 3Install the float and inlet valve assembly 4Install the intermediate air bleed orifice 5Install the high speed orificegasket, and drain plugf13l 6Install slow speed needle and spring Turn carefully until it lightly contacts seat Back needle out for initial setting2112 turnsr:jJl 7Install the carburetor body cover and gasketTighten the screws in an "X" pattern to torque of 15-22 inIbs(1,6-2,4 Nm)
