Installation 1Route electrical leads and steering control cable through new heat shrink sleeve2Install the steering cable into the steering housing[] 3Push down on heel of foot pedal to extend steering cable outside of the steering housingInstall the steering gear as shown[] 4Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to washer and pivot postPlace washer on post [!Q]
5Line up index mark on steering gear with index mark on pinion flangeEngage steering gear teeth with pinion and slide steering gear down on pivot post6Apply OMC Screw Lock to steering cable set screwPosition steering cable and install set screw7Place one metal cup and one rubber washer on cable nut8Insert cable into pedal base
