Place trimtilt unit into positionApply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the lower pin, and install the pin
'" 2If loosened, tighten the tilt tube nut to torque of 50-54 ftIbs(68-73 Nm), then loosen one nut by 18 to 14 turnf21 3: Instal.1 external snap rings on lower pin with sharp edge of ng faci ng out4Extend tilt cylinder rod to match with holes in swivel bracket5Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to upper pin, and install the pinrJl 6I.nstall external snap rings onto upper pin with sharp edge facmg outf4l 7Place trimtilt wires in braided tube and install through hole in the stern bracket8Attach the ground wire to the trimtilt unit
