dPry the O-ring out of the end capDiscard the O-ringeRemove the outside O-ring Discard the O-ringClean the end cap thoroughlyfLubricate new O-ring and scraper and install in the end capThe scraper is installed with the lip facing outgLubricate new O-ring and install on the outside ofthe end caphUse wire brush to clean all thread locking material from the threads on the tilt rodLubricate the inside surface of the end cap and use OMC Tilt Cylinder Seal Protector, PIN 326005to slide the end cap onto the rodiRemove any lubricant from the threads on the rod, prime with OMC Locquic Primer, and let drySlide the piston assembly onto the rod Place new rod O-ring over the threads
