i twist and remove all spark plug leads

r:;l 2Rotate the propeller shaft and shift gearcase to REVERSE Pull retaining pin from the shift leverPush the shift lever toward the powerheadr:;] r:;l 3Note where the index mark on the gearcase aligns with the index number of the adjustable trim tab so that the trim tab can be reinstalled in the same positionRemove the screw and the trim tab
