1Inspect the throttle cable for kinks and wearReplace if necessary2Inspect the steering handle components for wear, cracks, and other damageReplace if necessary3Refer to Ignition SystemSection 3, to test the stop buttonAssembly
f151 1If removed, apply Loctite Depend Adhesive to inner handle on areas shown

and drive the outer handle into placef171 3Secure tab of the inner handle into recess of the outer handle with the steel pin r:J8l 4Place small braided tube with stop switch wires into large braided tube with throttle cable5Install throttle friction control on outer handler,gl 6Install the handle end of the throttle cable in the inner handleSnap the trunnion into recess in the handleInstall the retainer clip: -,
