1Thread the starboard end of the tilt tube into the spacer2Thread the adapter onto the port end of the tilt tubef713U.s!ng wood or leather mallet, tap the tilt tube into proper position

5Install the starboard locknutReplace the locknut if definite resistance is not felt6Torque the starboard tilt tube nut to 50-54 ftIbs(68-73 Nm)" then loosen nut Va to 1f4 turn
