Powerhead Servicing Removal
To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing, twist and remove all spark plug leads
f11 2Remove the two front rubber mount screws (port and starboard)3Remove the shift rod connector f31 4Remove the four exhaust housing cover screws and two starboard)

5Disconnect the thermostat hoses at the cylinder headsf41 6Remove the two lower engine cover to rear exhaust housing cover screws and remove the rear exhaust housing cover1sl 7Remove the two front exhaust housing cover to lower engine cover screws (port and starboard) and remove the front exhaust housing cover1sl 8Remove the powerhead to exhaust housing adapter nuts at the rear of the exhaust housing
