INotel Disconnect the battery cables at the battery1Remove the two retaining screwsf1l2Disconnect the starter lead at the terminal of the starter3Remove rectifier from the starter bracket Before disassembly, scribe marks on frame and magnet assembly and brush end cap
on the bottom
Disassembly
Remove the following: 1Two thru-bolts
