Using OMC Driveshaft Bushing Removerl lnstaller 330334, remove the bushing and lower driveshaft seal from the extensionWith mallet, drive the bushing and the seal out of the extensionDiscard both parts
f3114l 3Insert the pin of the tool through the drive portion of the toolApply OMC Triple-Guard grease to new bushing and place the bushing on the toolFrom the gearcase end ofthe extension, drive the bushing into position until the pin contacts the extension1sl 4Attach OMC Driveshaft Seal Installer PI 330335 to the El OMC Drive Handle PI 378737Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to outside case of two new driveshaft sealsPosition one seal onto the installer with lip facing the toolInstall the seal into top of the extension until seal is seatedPosition the remaining seal into the installer with lip facing the toolInstall the seal into bottom of the extension until seal is seated
