1sl4Lightly coat the exterior of the impeller cup wi,t OMC Gasket Sealing CompoundPosition the impeller cup in the impeller housing as shown f7l 5Lightly coat the impeller cup with oi!With counterclockwise rotation install the impeller6Apply thin bead of OMCAdhesive Mto the machined surface, on the top of the gearcase that contacts the impeller plateSlide the plate down over the driveshaft and position it7Apply OMC Needle Bearing Assembly Grease to the impeller drive pin and position in on the flat of the driveshaft8Apply thin bead of OMC Adhesive to the impeller housing mounting surface9Slide the impeller housing into position while rotating the driveshaft to engage the impeller with the drive pinf8110Apply OMC Nut Lock to the threads of the 'four impeller housing screwsInstall the two short screws positioned aft and the two long screws forwardTighten the screws to torque of 60-80 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
