f81 3Remove the screws from the inner exhaust housing to the adapterRemove the adapter from the inner exhaust housing Remove the water tube and seal from the inner exhaust housing Mark the water tube and inner exhaust housing for correct orientation
19l 4Remove the screws from the megaphoneRemove the
megaphone and discard the gasket
5Check baffle and gasket condition, replace if necessaryAssembly
19l 1Clean the adapter and megaphone gasket surfacesApply
OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new megaphone gasketPlace the gasket and megaphone on the adapterInstall the screws and tighten to torque of 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
