3Install inlet needle, clip, float, and hinge pin

valve closed, the float's top edge should be between, but not touching the notches of OMC Gauge PI 324891, as shownIf adjustment is necessary, do not put pressure on the inlet needle
1141 5Adjust float dropWith carburetor body in normal position, the float drop dimension should be to in(28-41 mm)
6Install nozzle well gasket 7Install float chamber gasket
8Apply OMC Locquic Primer and OMC Screw Lock to the float
chamber screws
9Install float chamber and four screwsTorque screws in an "X" pattern to 25-35 inIbs(2,8-4,0 Nm)10Install the carburetor body cover and gasketTighten the screws in an "X" pattern to torque of 15-22 inIbs(1,6-2,4 Nm)f121 11 Install intermediate air bleed orifice 8-10 inIbs (0,8-1,2 Nm)f121 12Install high-speed orifice (0,8-1,2 Nm)
