Throttle Plate Synchronization
[!] 1Remove the air silencer assembly2Loosen the spark lever screw3Push the spark lever roller rearward 4Verify that the throttle cam and cam roller are not touching5Loosen the carburetor link screw
r;;J r:;J 6Using 96 inhex head wrench, loosen the two starboard and two port throttle shaft connector screws Do not remove the screw from the connector7Seat all throttle platesTighten all throttle shaft connector screwsf51 8Carefully tighten the carburetor link screw while supporting the linkage in position9Leave the spark lever screw loose for the next adjustmentLight pressure should be applied to throttle plates during this procedure to ensure that they remain completely closed
