r:;J 4Lubricate spring with OMC Tripe-Guard grease or Lubripate 777Hook end loop of spring to pulley roll pin
1sl5Install cup and stop assembly with washer over pulleyBe sure spring is positioned through tabs as shown6Temporarily insert shoulder screw through cup and stop assemblyInstall nut on the shoulder screw to secure assembly7While pressing down on pulley, turn pulley clockwise and wind spring into cup and stop assembly until outside loop of spring engages outside face of assembly8Slowly release pulley, relieving spring tensionHold starter assembly together and remove shoulder screws'4l9Position idler gear arm spring idler gear on idler gear armCOAl178
