small pick and pull rope out through pulleySeat knot firmly in pulley cavity
181 9Wind rope around pulley clockwise, using small wire hook
to thread rope past rope guard at bottom and idler at topWind rope as many turns as possible, ending with rope extending out the front of pulley above rope guard19l 10Pull enough rope off pulley to thread rope through lower E.I motor cover eyelet, and tie slip knot in roper,Ql 11Push rope end through handle and tie starter rope knot Pull knot into handle and insert cap Pull out slipknot and let spring rewind ropef11l 12To check spring pretension, pull starter rope out fully, and pull out spring end until spring is tightSpring pUll-out must be to 18 in(20-46 cm)Wind starter rope an additional turn around pulley if spring pull-out is more than 18 in(46 cm), and remove turn if pUll-out is less than in (20 cm)
