1Mark and remove the connecting rod caps and bear-
12Lift the crankshaft out of the cylinder blockReplace the connecting rod caps on the rodsOrient them exactly as they were before you removed themInstall the screws finger tight13Remove seal ring from crankshaft14Rotate the powerhead so that the cylinder head faces upRemove the cylinder head and gently push up on the connecting rods to remove No.1 and No.2 piston assembliesDo not allow the connecting rod to contact the cylinder wall or inside of the piston skirt during handling19l 15Remove upper crankshaft seal and upper main bearing from crankshaft16Remove the lower crankshaft seal 19l 17The lower crankshaft bearing should be removed only for replacement18Inspect crankshaft seallsleeve assemblyIf necessary to replace, grind the sleeve, being careful not to damage the crankshaftr,Q1 19Remove the piston rings using an appropriate ring
