Disassembly 1Remove two motor thru-bolts Discard thru-bolt
[[] 2Remove drive-end end cap from motorDiscard end cap a-ring [[] 3If the bearing in the drive-end end cap is worn or damaged, replace the assemblyIf seals are worn or damaged, remove seals and spacerSave spacer[[] 4Remove fiber thrust washer from armature shaft[[] 5Remove motor field assembly by lifting field up while holding armature down (to keep brushes and springs in place)[[] 6Remove armature from armature-end end capbeing careful to avoid loss of springs CDRemove armature end -ring Q) from end cap and discard7Inspect all components for wear or damageReplace parts as required
