Disassembly 1Mark lines across the front and rear parting lines of motor
[]] 2Remove the two thru-bolts from the motorRemove the O-rings from the thru-bolts and discard3Remove the drive end head assembly from the motorDiscard O-ring from head assembly4If the bearing in the drive end head assembly is worn or damaged, replace the assemblyThe two seals in the head assembly are serviceableIf seals are worn or damaged, remove seals and spacer, and save the spacer5Remove the fiber thrust washer from drive end of armature6Remove the motor field assembly from the armature and commutator end head assembly 7Remove the armature from the commutator end head assembly Use caution to avoid loss of brush springs CDDiscard O-ring Q) from commutator end head assembly8If the bearing in the commutator end head assembly is worn or damaged, replace the assemblyIII ID
