1Position steering housing and ring on the motor tubeAlign the set screws with existing dents in motor tube and tighten screws securely2Solder the motor leads in place on the switchesRefer to wiring diagram at the end of this section for correct wire locations
3Position the forwardreverse switch and secure with two screws4Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the spring on the rotary switch5Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the control handle6Install the control handle and the stop
