INote To avoid damaging components or troubleshooting equipment, disconnect the battery cables before proceeding 1Turn the speed control switch "OFF"
2Use an ohmmeter calibrated on low ohms scale to test the condition of the resistors and motor tube wiring
3Connect the ohmmeter between the RED 14-Gaand GREEN 18-Galeads:
The meter should show 0.4-0.5 ohm If measured resistance is significantly different and motor does not respond to speed control change, replace adapter assembly
4Connect the ohmmeter between the GREEN 18-Ga and GREENWHITE 18-Galeads: The meter should show 0.5-0.6 ohm 33070
If measured resistance is significantly different and motor does not respond to speed control change, replace adapter assembly
