165144Using OMCTrim Cylinder End Cap Remover, PIN 324958,
and breaker bar, remove both of the trim cylinder end caps
166145Remove the outside seals from the trim cylinder end caps
There is an a-ring and back-up ringone of two different designsNewer nylon seals will be continuous ring of nylonOlder seals are splittrim end capPry the scraper out of the groove in the end capDiscard the scrapers
167146Using smooth flat tool, remove the scraper from the

the end capsDiscard the a-ringsClean both end caps and scrape all corrosion or loose paint from the threads in the outside a-ring area
