1612Inspect the a-ring in the manual release valve for nicks and
cutsInspect the rubber tip deformation ,
of the valve for tears or
03Remove the oil level plug
from the oil reservoir
Inspect the a-ring on the reservoir plugReplace the -ring, If necessary
19'15Remove the two rigid steel lines connecting the top and bottom of the tilt cylinder to the manifoldWhen removing the line from the top of the tilt cylinder, you will have to hold the tilt cylinder band nut with one wrench while removing the line connector with anotherr,(}l6Both hydraulic lines have -rings at each endInspect all four a-rings and replace a-rings if necessaryr:J117 Position the unit as shownSlide he tilt cylinder retaining pin out ofthe unitRemove the tilt cylinderVery carefully and slowly, cycle the cylinder once or twice while aiming the oil feed ports down toward the oil drain pan Remove the two nylon bushings from the cylinder
