Check voltage to cable at

Connect voltmeter between cable at CD and groundPress start button
If meter shows 12 volts, test starter If meter shows volts, go to Step

EI Check voltage at
Connect voltmeter between and ground
If meter shows 12 volts, go to Step

If meter shows volts, test battery and cables

Check voltage at

Connect voltmeter between and groundPress start button
