Lubricate the retainer ring groove with Evinrude or Johnson Outboard Lubricant
1sl 4Lightly compress the retainer ring and install the timer baseRoute and connect the timer base leadsrJ1 5Install the retaining clips and screwsTighten the screws to torque of 25-35 .inIbs(3-4 Nm)6Install the stator and charge coil assemblyRefer to Stator Servicing
