Electrical Components Service9.915 Removal f1l 1Disconnect the black and purplewhite wires and remove the primerf21 2Remove the black and yellowred wires from the top postsRemove the red cables and remove the solenoid with bracketrJl 3Disconnect the yellowblue, yellowgray, and yellow wiresRemove the red wire and two screws retaining the rectifier and black cablesRemove the rectifier4Remove the fuse and disconnect the gray and tan wires1sl 5Remove the two screws retaining the electrical bracketRemove the bracketInstallation 1sl 1bracket (with coil) on powerheadTorque screws to 48-96 mIbs(5,4-10,8 Nm)2Install the fuse and connect the gray and tan wiresrJl 3Install the rectifier with the red wire and black cables and torque screws to 48-96 inIbs(5,4-10,8 Nm)Connect the yellowblue, yellowgray, and yellow wiresf21 4Install bracket with solenoid and tighten screws securelyAttach the red cables (starter cable to top large post)Attach black and yellowred wires to top posts
