Installation
1Inspect the starter mountIf the mounts are damaged or wornreplace as follows: Remove the mount using crescent wrench Apply OMC Locquic Primer and OMC Screw Lock to threads of new mount Tighten mount securely
1201 2Install caps on starter mounts3Install the starter lockout cable into the starter housing f21l 4Position the starter assembly onto the motorInstall the three starter housing retaining screwsThe short screw CD is installed on the port side ofthe starter housingTighten screws to torque of 48-72 inIbs(5,4-8 Nm)
