1ol 1If any of the swivel bracket components were removed, refer to the two reference pictures for correct reassembly2If removed, install the steering bracket to the pivot tube with the three screws (H)Tighten the screws to torque of 96-120 inIbs(11-14 Nm)rJl1gl 3Assemble the friction block and linerLubricate and place the liner and friction block in the swivel bracket
[!] 4Install the upper thrust washer on the swivel bracket, 5Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the lower bushingInstall the lower bushingO-ringand lower thrust washer 6Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the pivot tubeInstall the pivot tube and steering bracket into the swivel bracket7Thread the swivel bracket adjustment screw with spring into the swivel bracket to retain the steering bracket
