Remove any varnish from both sides of the stator retaining screw holesThe stator must have metal to metal contact with the cylinder block and its retaining screwsrJl 1Guide the connector wires through the hole in the cylinder block, align the stator roll pin with the hole in the cylinder block, and seat the stator
2Seat grommet in hole in cylinder block
1sl 3Remove old adhesive from threads of the stator screwsPrime with OMC Locquic Primer and let dryApply OMC Nut Lock to threadsInstall the screws and tighten to 120-144 inIbs(14-16 Nm)19l 4.ti.e straps, secure the stator wiring harness to the I.J engine wIring harness
