1sl 8Install relief valve ballsPlace one ball in each of the remammg cavities
9Place one spring guide in each impact relief valve spring1nl 10Place spring guide and spring assembly on each of the valve ballsPlace the remaining valve spring on the up relief valve11 Place the large washer over the springs with step side facing valve housing Lightly coat the threads of the rod with OMC Nut Lockr:t1l 12Install and tighten the nut to torque of 35-54 ftIbs(47-73 Nm)r:J2l 13Lubricate the inside of the cylinderSlide the piston and rod assembly into the cylinderDo not engage the threads of the cap1131 14Oil and install the components of the filter valve 1141 15Torque the filter valve plug to 70-105 in Ibs(8-12 Nm)
