rJl 4Rest the connector against solid surfaceWith the insert tool firmly against its shoulderinsert the leading tip of the terminal into its cavityPush the terminal until step CD of the insert tool reaches the connector body, seating the terminalf8l 5Check your workSeparate the connector and look at the terminal you just insertedIf it is properly seated, apply isopropyl alcohol to both connector halves and reconnect themIf the terminal did not seat, remove it and repeat the procedure6Secure the connector with wire retainer
